2. Payment & Pricing
Registration on our website is free and no fee is charged for browsing on this platform.
At our discretion, we may need to introduce new products or increase/reduce the prices of products sold on this online store. In such an event, without seeking permission from users, we reserve the right to make such changes as the case may be.
All fees shall be quoted in Naira (₦) except otherwise stated and you are solely responsible for compliance of all laws and policies applicable to the use of the Nigerian currency. However, changes to fees and related policies shall only be effective if it has been implemented by our company.
We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the website to our users; however, in cases where errors occur, for example, when the price of an item is not correctly displayed on the website, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
We offer you multiple payment methods (internet banking, gift card, e-wallet, and more). Whatever your online mode of payment is, be assured that our trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. Credit & Debit Card payments are also accepted on this website with the use of Verve, MasterCard, and VisaCard. There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase. Also, the prices listed for all the products are regulated and final. You are expected to pay the price exactly stated on the products page; not more, not less.
Please check your order summary to understand the delivery charges for individual products. Delivery times and cost are influenced by product availability, time of placing the order, and your delivery destination.
3. Return & Refund Policy
If you terminate your registration for reasons other than a breach in agreement on our part, we will not refund any money to you. If we terminate your registration on our platform for reasons other than a breach in agreement on your part, we will refund to you within 14 days of the balance of any money which you have paid to us (and we have received) which relate to services to be provided (but not yet provided) after the date of termination.
Under this policy, options of exchange, replacement, and/or refund is provided by us to the Buyer of an item. Furthermore, items not eligible for returns has been listed below.
Items not Eligible for Return
Products in the Fresh Meat, Frozen Foods, Bakery, and Snack Shop category.
Packaged products that have in any way been tampered with.
Items that have remained in the buyer’s possession for more than 2 hours after the product delivery without an official complaint being made.
Products damaged due to manhandling or poor storage.
Step 1: Send a complaint to firstname.lastname@example.org. As evidence, include pictures of the product that was delivered to you.
Step 2: Once your claim has been validated, we will provide information on the most suitable means of retrieving the item from you.
Step 3: Track the status of your returned item with the return waybill number you will send to us.
Step 4: Upon our confirmation of the receipt of the product, we will resolve the matter as soon as we can.
In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any of such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and you have been debited. In the event that we are unable to provide the item, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
Possible Reasons for Return
Wrong item: This applies when a product which is different from what was displayed on the website is delivered to you. The return will be authorized after validation, and once the item is returned, item cost and shipping fee will be refunded.
Incomplete item: This applies when a product delivered is incomplete compared to what was displayed on the website. A return will be authorized after validation only if the item cannot be completed. Once the item is returned, the item cost and shipping fee will be refunded.
Defective items: After validation, a return will be authorised if the delivered product has a defect from our end.
Damaged (in transit): When a product has visible damage, a return will be authorised after validation. The complaint must be laid within 2 hours of receiving such an item.
Events Outside Our Control
We will not be liable or responsible for any matter arising from or in connection with events outside our control, including and not limited to: strikes, lock-outs, or other industrial action, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disasters, the impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport, the impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks. Our obligations shall be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will extend the time to perform these obligations after that period. We will take reasonable steps to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under these terms can be performed despite such event(s).
